Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the local Sales Team and Marketing team at headquarters to define and implement an annual Trade Marketing Activity Calendar for each client, ensuring alignment with brand and corporate guidelines.
- Oversee the precise and timely execution of all Trade Marketing projects within the designated area, supervising in-store activities through personal visits, including point-of-sale materials and promotions.
- Implement customized in-store solutions according to headquarters' Visual Merchandising guidelines, monitoring production with the Marketing team at headquarters.
- Monitor Below-the-Line (BTL) and Trade Marketing budgets and expenditures, seeking approval from upper management for each investment.
- Provide on-site support for the execution of local team training programs.
- Assist with the on-site organization of sales events, coordinating with suppliers and managing all logistical and organizational aspects.
- Participate in relevant local customer meetings and buying days, working closely with the Sales Team.
- Prepare weekly reports on store check visibility, monitor return on investment per activity, and provide recommendations.
- Conduct regular market visits to analyze competitors' trends and visibility initiatives, preparing detailed reports for direct management.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
