Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate team operators to ensure workstation supply and daily production targets are met.
• Ensure timely and proper machine setup for assigned production orders.
• Guarantee correct usage of department equipment.
• Collaborate with Quality and Planning functions to optimize daily production and meet delivery plans.
• Contribute to modifying methods or procedures to enhance operator autonomy.
• Participate in specific personnel development programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in team coordination or supervisory roles.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of three years in a supervisory or team coordination capacity within a production environment is required.

Education

Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
