Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate team operators to ensure workstation supply and daily production targets are met.
- Ensure timely and proper machine setup for assigned production orders.
- Guarantee the correct use of departmental equipment.
- Collaborate with Quality and Planning functions to optimize daily production and meet delivery schedules.
- Contribute to the modification of methods and procedures to enhance operator autonomy.
- Participate in specific personnel development programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in team coordination or supervision roles.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of three years in a supervisory or team coordination role within a production environment is required.
