Role & Responsibilities

Coordinate the assigned team of operators, ensuring workstation supply and adherence to daily production targets set by the manager.
Ensure timely and proper machine setup for the delivery of assigned production orders.
Guarantee the correct use of departmental equipment.
Collaborate with Quality and Planning functions to optimize daily production and ensure fulfillment of delivery schedules.
Contribute to the modification of methods and procedures to enhance operator autonomy.
Participate in specific personnel development programs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in team coordination or supervisory roles.

Skills

Proficiency in production processes and departmental dynamics. Excellent knowledge of computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite. Empathy, active listening, and effective communication skills. Proactivity in identifying process optimization opportunities.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a team coordination or supervisory capacity within a production environment is required.

Education

Technical diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
