Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Eco Referent in managing organizational change processes focused on sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability team to monitor the company's environmental performance.
  • Contribute to the analysis, development, and management of new sustainability projects and campaigns.
  • Work with suppliers and R&D departments to devise and implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Interface with the Supply Chain team, supporting the achievement of quality, delivery timelines, and cost optimization goals.
  • Support the Sustainability team in liaising between Kering Group and Kering Eyewear on sustainability-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sustainability and environmental issues within the luxury fashion industry.

Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, though any experience in sustainability or environmental initiatives is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
