Role & Responsibilities
- Define, set, and adjust parameters for each painting process.
- Monitor process parameters and verify the conformity of finished products.
- Conduct visual and instrumental quality control of painted products.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of equipment and painting booths.
- Collaborate with the Quality department to resolve any defects.
- Prepare production reports and analyze departmental performance.
- Work with painting team operators to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Contribute to modifying methods and procedures to enhance operator autonomy.
- Supervise adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the eyewear or related industries, particularly in industrial painting.
- Knowledge of painting processes on plastic materials, preferably injected.
- Ability to read technical data sheets and color specifications.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Strong passion for work, innovative spirit, and problem-solving skills.
