Supply Chain Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requests by issuing precise and timely purchase orders through the information system, maintaining updated order confirmations and delivery data, ensuring traceability and proper order management.
• Collaborate with logistics and suppliers to define priorities and plan deliveries.
• Verify shipping documentation, update material stock, and implement corrective actions in case of delays.
• Support the Quality department in handling returns and rework processes.
• Prepare structured reports on supplier performance, service/quality levels, and work-in-progress to support strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.
• Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in similar roles.

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in similar supply chain roles is required.
