Role & Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requests by issuing timely and accurate purchase orders, maintaining updated order confirmations and delivery data, ensuring traceability and proper management of each order.
• Collaborate with logistics and suppliers to define priorities and plan deliveries.
• Verify shipping documentation, update material stock levels, and implement corrective actions in case of delays.
• Support the Quality department in managing returns and rework processes.
• Prepare structured reports on supplier performance, service/quality levels, and work-in-progress to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.
• 2-3 years of prior experience in similar roles.
