Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction for the Smart Glasses category, balancing technological innovation with brand identity.
  • Interpret market trends in wearable technology, AI integration, and digital lifestyle to create strategic opportunities and consumer-focused brand experiences.
  • Translate consumer insights and market analysis into impactful marketing initiatives that drive category adoption and business results.
  • Craft a compelling brand narrative around the technology, ensuring adherence to the brand's established identity and codes.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to drive the Smart Glasses collection plan, integrating consumer analysis, technological insights, design trends, and brand objectives.
  • Define the pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand image and market positioning.
  • Develop and manage the comprehensive marketing plan and budget, setting goals and activating them across all channels.
  • Execute an integrated omnichannel go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Business Development and Commercial teams.
  • Provide effective leadership to the team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

Strong passion for technology, wearables, AI, and digital experiences. Curiosity, creativity, and entrepreneurial drive. Refined aesthetic sensitivity with a passion for luxury and fashion. Outstanding communication and project management skills. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in a tech-driven brand, product, or marketing role, ideally within wearables, consumer electronics, smart health, or IoT. Experience in fashion or luxury is advantageous.

Education

Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
