Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Smart Glasses category strategy, balancing technological innovation with brand identity.
  • Interpret market trends in wearable technology and AI, translating insights into strategic opportunities.
  • Develop high-impact marketing initiatives based on consumer understanding and market analysis.
  • Craft a compelling brand narrative around the technology, maintaining brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to drive the Smart Glasses collection plan.
  • Define pricing strategy consistent with brand image and market positioning.
  • Develop and manage the marketing plan and budget, setting and activating goals.
  • Execute an integrated omnichannel go-to-market strategy with Business Development and Commercial teams.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years in tech-driven brand, product, or marketing roles within wearables or consumer electronics.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Skills

Strong passion for technology, wearables, AI, and digital experiences. Curiosity, creativity, and entrepreneurial drive. Refined aesthetic sensitivity with a passion for luxury and fashion. Outstanding communication and project management skills. Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite.

Experience

7+ years in tech-driven brand, product, or marketing roles, ideally within wearables, consumer electronics, or smart health sectors. Experience in fashion or luxury is advantageous.

Education

Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
