Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational and managerial activities of the Sales Support Team to ensure service excellence and policy compliance.
- Maintain and validate customer master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness and integrity of records.
- Assist the order flow process from acquisition through entry, monitoring trade terms and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of customer service procedures, processes and systems.
- Prepare and assist in production of sales and customer-related reports, supplying actionable insights to the sales team and clients.
- Support the preparation and execution of sales events and activations.
- Manage inventory allocations and logistics for brand ambassadors.
- Provide operational support to brand ambassadors and respond to ad hoc team requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Engineering or Marketing (outstanding academic record preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced level of Spanish and English; Portuguese native speaker preferred; Italian considered a plus.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with clear, open communication.
- Methodical, analytical and logical approach with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to plan work, meet deadlines and independently prioritise tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset, intellectual curiosity and a willingness to propose improvements.

Experience
Entry-level (internship) position. No specific professional experience is required; previous internships or administrative/sales-support exposure in retail, luxury or distribution environments will be considered an advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Engineering, Marketing or a closely related discipline (outstanding academic performance preferred).
