Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer master data through timely maintenance.
  • Support the order flow process from acquisition to entry, enhancing understanding of trade terms and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Prepare sales and customer-related reports, providing valuable insights to the sales team and customers.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of sales events.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the team.

Qualifications

  • Business Degree, Management Engineering, or Marketing with outstanding academic performance.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced English language skills; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous. Strong teamwork capabilities. Methodical, analytical, and logical approach. Ability to plan work and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving skills. Curiosity and innovative thinking. Clear and open communication skills.

Experience

No prior experience required, but relevant internships or academic projects are beneficial.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Engineering, or Marketing.
