Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer master data through timely maintenance.
- Support the order flow process from acquisition to entry, enhancing understanding of trade terms and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
- Prepare sales and customer-related reports, providing valuable insights to the sales team and customers.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of sales events.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications
- Business Degree, Management Engineering, or Marketing with outstanding academic performance.
Skills
Experience
