Sales Development Training Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the annual training calendar, managing virtual training schedules informed by previous participation and performance data.
- Manage communication related to training initiatives and the annual training calendar.
- Develop engaging learning solutions utilizing proven instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across Sales, Marketing, Product, and After-Sales to create and maintain high-quality training content.
- Ensure training content is updated on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Develop and facilitate CE-accredited courses in both live and virtual formats.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, onboarding programs, and sales events, including multi-client trainings, for sales teams and clients across North America.
- Manage the ABO training registration process, including coordination, communication, and follow-up with clients.
- Ensure consistent execution and post-event reporting for all external training initiatives.
- Lead the evolution of brand and product training within the sales onboarding journey, in coordination with HR.
- Maintain a strong field connection through regular shadowing of Sales and Retail Excellence teams to inform training needs and content.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and tracking of all training activities.
- Monitor training and travel budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes, tools, and internal visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a training professional
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a relevant field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is advantageous
- Availability to travel up to 85% of the time
