Sales Development Intern
Kering Eyewear in Shanghai seeks a Sales Development Intern to support sell-out/stock data, marketing briefs and POP management. Internship, Shanghai.
Overview
Kering Eyewear is the eyewear division of the Kering luxury group, specialising in the design, development and distribution of premium frames and sunglasses for a portfolio of high-end fashion brands. The business combines creative collaboration with global commercial reach and works closely with maison teams to translate brand identity into product and retail experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and collate sell-out and stock data from distribution channels for regular reporting and analysis.
- Track and reconcile sell-in data to support sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Revise and prepare marketing project application briefs in coordination with marketing and commercial teams.
- Assist with POP (point-of-purchase) management, coordination and delivery logistics.
- Support the Senior Sales Development Manager with ad hoc administrative and project tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s programme (3rd or 4th year) or equivalent.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer literacy; proficiency in Excel is highly desirable.
- Available on-site at least five days per week.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience is required. Previous internships or coursework in sales, retail, marketing or commercial analytics will be considered advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree programme (third- or fourth-year student).
