Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve net sales targets across designated territories, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
- Cultivate a qualitative distribution network aligned with brand identity.
- Foster long-term partnerships with clients to enhance sell-through rates.
- Maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Maximize sales of optical frames and sunglasses through strategic presentations.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize sell-through with visibility and trade marketing initiatives.
- Conduct in-store training to boost sales performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales growth and distribution expansion among wholesale customers.
- Established relationships with clients based on service and trust.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
