Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve net sales targets by brand within the designated territory, focusing on Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists.
- Establish and maintain a qualitative door distribution network that aligns with each brand's identity.
- Foster long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
- Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Present and optimize the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
- Collaborate with customers to enhance sell-through via visibility projects and trade marketing initiatives.
- Conduct in-store training to boost sales.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales growth and building distribution networks among wholesale customers.
- Established strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
