Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve net sales targets for each brand within the designated territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
  • Establish and maintain a high-quality distribution network that aligns with each brand's identity.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to enhance sell-through rates.
  • Develop a balanced sales portfolio across brands.
  • Maximize sales of optical frames and sunglasses through effective presentations.
  • Collaborate with clients on visibility projects and trade marketing initiatives to boost sell-through.
  • Provide in-store training to optimize sales performance.
  • Deliver timely and precise reporting.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in increasing sales and expanding distribution among wholesale clients.
  • Strong client relationships built on service excellence and trust.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for client visits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
