Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve net sales targets for optical frames and sunglasses within the assigned territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term partnerships with customers to enhance sell-through.
  • Dedicate at least 80% of working hours to visiting clients at their business locations to meet sales and service expectations.
  • Ensure qualitative door distribution in alignment with brand DNA.
  • Maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
  • Collaborate with customers on visibility and trade marketing projects and conduct in-store training to maximize sales.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Director.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution within the optical sector.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Strong customer relationships built on service and trust.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in optical sales within the 3 Os (opticians, optometrists, ophthalmologists).
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Residency in the Houston area.

Skills

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in optical sales, particularly within the opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists sectors.

Education

University degree or equivalent experience.
