Sales Brand Ambassador

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve net sales targets for optical frames and sunglasses within the assigned territory.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to enhance sell-through rates.
• Dedicate at least 80% of working time to visiting clients at their business locations.
• Ensure qualitative door distribution aligned with brand DNA.
• Maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
• Collaborate on visibility and trade marketing projects and provide in-store training.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Director.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution within the optical sector.
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
• Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in optical sales within opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
• Residency in the Houston area.
