Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve net sales targets by brand within the assigned territory, focusing on Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists.
- Ensure qualitative door distribution while preserving each brand's unique DNA.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
- Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Present and enhance the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize sell-through via visibility projects and trade marketing activations.
- Conduct in-store training to boost sales.
- Provide timely and precise reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution among wholesale customers.
- Strong relationships with customers based on service and trust.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Availability to travel up to 90% of the time.
