Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve net sales targets by brand within the designated territory, focusing on Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists.
  • Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution in alignment with brand DNA.
  • Cultivate robust, long-term relationships with customers to enhance sell-through.
  • Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
  • Maximize sell-in sales of optical frames and sunglasses.
  • Collaborate with customers to optimize sell-through sales using visibility and trade marketing programs.
  • Conduct in-store training to boost sales.
  • Provide timely and precise reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in growing sales and expanding door distribution among wholesale customers.
  • Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to visit clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ideally based in Connecticut.
