Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve net sales targets by brand within the designated territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
• Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution in alignment with brand DNA.
• Foster long-term partnerships with customers to enhance sell-through.
• Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
• Present and optimize the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
• Collaborate with customers to enhance sell-through via visibility and trade marketing programs.
• Conduct in-store training to maximize sales.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution among wholesale customers.
• Strong customer relationships built on service and trust.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
