Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance distribution quality and brand visibility across the East Region.
  • Collaborate with top accounts to boost sell-out performance and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Sales and regional sales teams to define store lists and objectives.
  • Develop activity plans for in-store specialists, including visual merchandising and training, to be reviewed with the Head of Retail Excellence.
  • Analyze KPIs for in-store specialists, providing insights and action plans to improve performance.
  • Work with Go-to-Market, Trade Marketing, and Training teams to ensure effective trade marketing execution.
  • Support in-store specialists to maintain high standards in trade marketing execution, conducting regular visits to top locations.
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to assess client performance and identify new market opportunities.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture focused on exceeding expectations.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the regional team, assessing and driving performance.
  • Manage the regional team’s travel and expense budget.
  • Provide feedback for improvement, promoting operational excellence.
  • Identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the region.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Visual Merchandising.
  • Over 5 years of industry experience in Eyewear, Apparel, Fashion, Luxury, or Cosmetics sectors.

Skills

Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent customer relationship management capabilities. Experience in storytelling and presenting imaginative marketing solutions. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

Over 5 years of industry experience in Eyewear, Apparel, Fashion, Luxury, or Cosmetics sectors, with a focus on both retail and wholesale environments.
