Role & Responsibilities
- Enhance distribution quality and brand visibility across the East Region.
- Collaborate with top accounts to boost sell-out performance and revenue.
- Coordinate with the Head of Sales and regional teams to define store lists and objectives.
- Develop activity plans for in-store specialists, with quarterly and annual targets.
- Analyze KPIs for in-store specialists and provide insights for performance improvement.
- Work with Go-to-Market, Trade Marketing, and Training teams for effective execution.
- Support in-store specialists in maintaining high trade marketing standards.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to assess client performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and track competitor actions.
- Cultivate a customer-focused culture in the East Region.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the regional team, managing performance and budgets.
- Provide feedback for operational excellence and talent development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Visual Merchandising.
- Over 5 years of industry experience in Eyewear, Apparel, Fashion, Luxury, or Cosmetics.
- Willingness to travel 70% of the time.
