Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team within the designated region.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets for both own brands and the entire regional team.
- Act as a liaison between the Head of Sales and the field sales team.
- Serve as a mentor and primary contact for new employees, ensuring structured onboarding.
- Review and analyze weekly reports from team members.
- Participate in the selection, interviewing, and decision-making process for new hires.
- Approve and coordinate vacation requests within the team.
- Develop and analyze sales metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Foster the professional growth of team members in day-to-day sales activities.
- Co-develop and implement distribution strategies with the Head of Sales and Field Sales Manager.
- Create and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Provide personal attention and strategic development for select top clients.
Qualifications
- Over 4 years of field sales experience with proven success in fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods.
- Native German speaker with excellent English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (80%).
- Valid driver's license with no infractions.
