Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain procedures and standards to ensure compliance of Kering Eyewear products.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to Kering Eyewear's standards on social responsibility, ethics, safety, and environment by business partners.
  • Act as a liaison between the market and business partners to ensure product compliance with Kering Eyewear's quality requirements, national and international regulations, and Kering Group's sustainability, ethics, and product safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate to ensure product transactions and labeling comply with current customs regulations.
  • Stay informed about national and international regulations, laws, and certification schemes related to social responsibility, ethics, chemicals, and environment, and keep the Product & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator updated.
  • Coordinate with accredited laboratories and qualified consultants to ensure product compliance, adhering to timelines and cost constraints.
  • Ensure laboratory test results and consultancy reports are correctly archived and accessible.
  • Prepare technical documentation such as Technical Files and Declarations of Conformity.
  • Collect and archive documentation to ensure product compliance, including supplier declarations and technical sheets.
  • Analyze data on the effectiveness of actions taken and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including data from laboratory analyses, reports from authorities, consultants, market feedback, quality control, and customer service.
  • Communicate improvement suggestions to the Product & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Basic knowledge of European and global chemical regulations Fluent in spoken and written English Dynamic, proactive, and flexible Time management skills Sense of responsibility Teamwork capabilities Organizational skills, precision, and initiative Willingness to undertake short national trips

Experience

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles is required.
