Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and gather feedback on customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure product compliance with Kering Eyewear's quality standards and international regulations in collaboration with the Quality Control team.
- Conduct supplier visits to verify production process compliance.
- Identify necessary improvements in production processes to reduce complaints, delays, and recurring issues.
- Evaluate product defects and propose technical enhancements.
- Support corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring their effectiveness and documentation.
- Assist the Quality Manager in developing corrective and preventive action plans.
- Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
- Coordinate departments and functional areas to resolve issues and redesign processes with functional support.
- Collaborate with the Industrialization department during new product development.
- Contribute to the creation of procedures and standards for quality control, quality systems, and documentation management.
- Suggest objectives and actions to maximize product and process sustainability.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and context.
- Previous experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous.
- Excellent command of the English language (C1 Level).
