Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze customer sell-out reports, providing recommendations based on findings.
- Assist Key Account Managers in proposing customized assortments aligned with market trends and business requirements.
- Prepare client assortments for selection meetings at the London showroom.
- Support Key Account Managers in compiling customer presentations and business updates for client meetings.
- Prepare customer selection files post-buying appointments, incorporating client-specific information such as local currency prices and customer reference numbers.
- Monitor service levels and order fulfillment rates, proposing actions for low or critical stock levels.
- Collaborate with customer service and logistics departments to facilitate order collection and management.
- Ensure timely stock delivery within clients' requested dates by managing the logistical flow with relevant departments.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and follow up on orders and deliveries.
- Assist in building joint sales and marketing plans with major customers.
- Support the finance department with invoice, debit, and credit note requests.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
