Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze customer sell-out reports, providing recommendations based on findings.
  • Assist Key Account Managers in proposing customized assortments aligned with market trends and business requirements.
  • Prepare client assortments for selection meetings at the London showroom.
  • Support Key Account Managers in compiling customer presentations and business updates for client meetings.
  • Prepare customer selection files post-buying appointments, incorporating client-specific information such as local currency prices and customer reference numbers.
  • Monitor service levels and order fulfillment rates, proposing actions for low or critical stock levels.
  • Collaborate with customer service and logistics departments to facilitate order collection and management.
  • Ensure timely stock delivery within clients' requested dates by managing the logistical flow with relevant departments.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and follow up on orders and deliveries.
  • Assist in building joint sales and marketing plans with major customers.
  • Support the finance department with invoice, debit, and credit note requests.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Skills

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is advantageous. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical abilities. Sales-oriented mindset with the capability to identify and expand business opportunities. Dynamic, results-focused, with problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience

No specific prior experience required, but a strong analytical and sales-driven mindset is essential.

Education

Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
