Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze customer sell-out reports, providing actionable recommendations based on results.
  • Support Key Account Managers in proposing customized assortments aligned with market trends and business needs.
  • Prepare client assortments in advance of selection meetings at the London showroom.
  • Assist Key Account Managers in compiling customer presentations and business updates for client meetings.
  • Prepare customer selection files post-buying appointments, including client-specific details such as local currency pricing and reference numbers.
  • Monitor service levels and order fulfillment rates, proposing actions for low or out-of-stock items.
  • Collaborate with customer service and logistics to manage order collection and ensure timely stock delivery.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up on orders and deliveries.
  • Support the development of joint sales and marketing plans with major customers.
  • Assist the finance department with invoicing, debit, and credit note requests.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Skills

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is advantageous. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical capabilities. Sales-driven with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Dynamic, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in sales and account management within the luxury sector is advantageous.

Education

Degree in Business Administration or similar.
