Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Manage sales performance and conduct monthly business reviews with major accounts.
  • Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Analyze sell-out data and coordinate replenishment planning with headquarters to ensure stock availability.
  • Oversee product assortment, stock levels, returns, and balance between new launches and carryover items.
  • Coordinate trade marketing activities, including visibility programs, events, and incentives.
  • Conduct regular store visits across markets.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; manage renewals and deal closures.
  • Forecast sales and track account performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports for headquarters, including sales and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Over 3 years of professional experience
  • Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments
  • Industry knowledge and business acumen
  • Fluency in English and the local language

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI Availability for frequent travel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and sales abilities

Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors is required.

Bachelor’s degree
