Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, fostering and sustaining robust, enduring relationships.
  • Comprehend clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing for the implementation of Product Marketing Assets, POSM, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand business within key accounts.
  • Analyze data and strategize for customer replenishment.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets and growth ambitions.
  • Monitor and evaluate account performance, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Finalize deals and secure renewals or expansions of existing contracts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions affecting key accounts.
  • Forecast future sales and revenue from key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience

Skills

Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors Fluency in English and local language Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and sales abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to build and maintain relationships Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools Industry knowledge and business acumen

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments is required.
