Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, fostering and sustaining robust, enduring relationships.
  • Comprehend clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to offer customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing for the execution of Product Marketing Assets, POSM, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion within key accounts.
  • Analyze data and strategize for customer replenishment.
  • Develop and implement account plans to meet sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate account performance, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Finalize deals and secure renewals or expansions of existing contracts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions affecting key accounts.
  • Forecast future sales and revenue from key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors

Skills

Fluency in English and the local language Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and sales capabilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Relationship-building and maintenance skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools Industry knowledge and business acumen

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in relevant sectors such as fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG.
