Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the creation and implementation of the Trade Marketing plan for Kering Eyewear brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and local business priorities.
  • Collaborate on the comprehensive design of the Trade Marketing calendar.
  • Monitor the below-the-line (BTL) budget to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for sales force, In-Store Specialists, and Area Managers.
  • Develop product category analyses and visibility tools to enhance in-store presence.
  • Conduct basic analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing solutions and action plans.
  • Propose commercial promotions and incentives to boost sales results.
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization of Trade Marketing processes.
  • Collect and share market feedback on products.
  • Support the launch of new collections with training materials and trade marketing tools.
  • Oversee product distribution to facilitate productivity and cross-selling.
  • Strengthen collaboration with sales teams, clients, and headquarters.
  • Anticipate and maximize market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales, including internships
  • Previous sales or field experience is advantageous

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of SAP is beneficial Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment Proactive and hands-on attitude Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluency in Spanish and excellent command of English

Experience

1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales, including internships.

Education

University Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
