Junior HR Business Partner
Kering Eyewear in Munich seeks a Junior HR Business Partner to support HR operations, talent acquisition and employee engagement (German & English).

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a professional HR Business Partner to local business leaders, providing pragmatic guidance, coaching and challenge to support growth, profitability and employee engagement targets.
- Design and deliver local people strategies aligned to global Group priorities, including organisational design, talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Manage end-to-end HR activities: Talent Acquisition & Management, Learning & Development, compensation & benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives in line with Group guidelines.
- Coordinate with external local partners for HR administration, payroll and HR operations ensuring compliance with German labour law and Group procedures.
- Own local HRIS activities, internal HR reporting and people analytics to inform decision-making and measure HR impact.
- Support deployment and calculation of sales force incentive schemes and ensure accurate execution.
- Implement and maintain an effective performance management process adapted to business needs.
- Provide support on employee relations, compliance matters and health & safety initiatives.
- Ensure administrative accuracy, timely completion of HR processes and adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.
- Promote a diverse, agile and empowered workplace culture that fosters internal mobility and talent development.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Administrator within a structured, internationally present organisation.
- Good knowledge of employee legislation and practical experience applying local labour law (Germany).
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrated project management capability and experience coordinating cross‑functional activities.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills with a process- and results-driven mindset.

Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on HR experience as a generalist or HR administrator in a structured, globally oriented company, with exposure to talent acquisition, HR operations and local labour law.
Education
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent.
