Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare corporate targets and analyze current business performance, defining rolling forecasts at the account/market level based on the S&OP process.
- Engage with respective accounts to discuss performance and develop growth and recovery plans to drive demand planning.
- Manage demand forecasts for the next 12-15 months on a rolling basis at the SKU level.
- Serve as the planning contact for all market-related projects, proactively supporting their realization.
- Provide proactive support to continuously improve customer service levels while optimizing finished product inventory in line with management guidance and corporate strategy.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a reporting system to analyze key market KPIs.
- Perform back-office functions in collaboration with sales support and supply chain teams to provide information to various stakeholders.
- Implement defined IT solutions to support Demand Planning activities within the relevant market.
- Contribute to teamwork and the achievement of team objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or Scientific disciplines
- Previous experience in similar roles for 1-2 years in multinational environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
- Excellent command of the English language

Experience
1-2 years of experience in similar roles within multinational contexts is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics or Scientific disciplines.
