Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-of-month Net Sales analysis by country, brands, and business models to provide insights for strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate Profit & Loss statements by business responsibility, conducting detailed analyses to identify key variances compared to previous years, budget, and forecast.
  • Contribute proactively to the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts for assigned areas, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Actively participate in business reviews in collaboration with the Head of Region.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration with excellent academic results.
  • Previous experience (3-4 years) in a similar role within an international and structured company.
  • Fluent in English.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to define and track key performance indicators, with a focus on Profit & Loss. Understanding of business models and ability to develop comprehensive business plans. Strong focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines. Collaborative and cross-functional approach, building strong relationships and acting as a strategic business partner. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to find solutions and make informed decisions.

Experience

3-4 years in a similar role within an international and structured company.

Education

Degree in Business Administration.
