Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate demand planning execution for all spare parts and cases under the supervision of the Planning Analyst & Spare Parts Manager.
- Maintain service levels for after-sales and cases in alignment with corporate requirements.
- Ensure timely placement of production/purchase orders to prevent stock disruptions.
- Collaborate with the Planning Analyst & Spare Parts Manager for periodic stock level reviews to avoid inventory issues.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of ERP planning parameters.
- Update the lifecycle of spare parts within the system.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a reporting system to analyze key Demand Planning KPIs.
- Contribute to team objectives and foster teamwork.
Qualifications
- Degree in economics or scientific disciplines
- Previous experience in similar roles within multinational environments is advantageous
- Proficiency in SAP is considered a plus
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
