Role & Responsibilities

Support the local Finance Manager in monthly closing activities, including the preparation of a dashboard with P&L, efficiency KPIs, and variance analysis against budget.
Calculate and monitor purchase and production standard costs.
Participate proactively in budget and forecast processes to ensure target achievement.
Analyze and discuss plant results with financial and operations management.
Support management with ad hoc topics as necessary.
Improve reporting systems and outputs.

Qualifications

University degree in Economics or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or plant controlling.
Solid knowledge of cost and general accounting.
Experience in preparing, analyzing, and discussing budgets, forecasts, and planning activities.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP is advantageous. Fluency in English. Proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and resilience. Flexibility and ability to interface with various company levels. Attention to detail. Strong interdisciplinary and cross-functional teamwork skills. Ability to manage priorities and deadlines. Hands-on approach and willingness to engage actively. Positive attitude and ability to perceive challenges as opportunities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in industrial or plant controlling roles, with a focus on cost and general accounting, budget preparation, and financial analysis.

Education

University degree in Economics or equivalent.
