Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local trade marketing activities for the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Negotiate premium spaces for the assigned brand(s).
  • Ensure maximum visibility through permanent and seasonal activities, POS placements, and product presentations.
  • Support the trade marketing team in defining, allocating, and utilizing POS materials.
  • Guarantee optimal trade marketing execution in key markets and with top clients.
  • Coordinate with agencies for window and in-store setups.
  • Ensure correct product placement, space acquisition, ideal assortment implementation, and promotion of brand diversity in-store.
  • Conduct training sessions for assigned clients.
  • Support the sales team in collection presentations for key clients, especially during buying events.
  • Assist the marketing team with brand and product presentations for the field sales force during national meetings.
  • Aid in organizing in-store events and sales campaigns.
  • Manage sell-out contests, trade, and consumer incentives.
  • Track sell-out figures in assigned stores.
  • Create activity reports, collection feedback, and KPI analyses.

Qualifications

  • University degree or advanced schooling; training in Visual Merchandising is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience in Visual Merchandising.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in relevant industries (eyewear, fashion, luxury, cosmetics) in both retail and wholesale.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
  • Valid Class B driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% (field-based position).

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in relevant industries such as eyewear, fashion, luxury, or cosmetics, with experience in both retail and wholesale environments.

Education

University degree or advanced schooling; training in Visual Merchandising is advantageous.
