Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales in dedicated stores by collaborating with the regional manager to develop and implement strategies and initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets across all brands and stores, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance business and brand presence.
- Maintain impeccable merchandising standards for all Kering Eyewear brands, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.
- Conduct regular visits to department store accounts to cultivate relationships, enhance retail sales, and ensure brand positioning and maintenance.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Skypad and Go Spot Check to efficiently manage and analyze business performance.
- Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and store management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Provide insightful feedback to the regional manager on market opportunities, best-sellers, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and execute in-store marketing initiatives such as trunk shows and pop-ups to boost business and brand awareness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during store visits and manage client follow-ups for repairs, damages, and special requests.
Qualifications
- 1 year of retail sales experience, with a preference for luxury and/or eyewear experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of the luxury fashion sector.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year in retail sales, ideally within the luxury or eyewear sectors.
