Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview arrangements, and candidate guidance.
- Maintain recruitment information and channels.
- Assist in the statistical analysis of recruitment data and propose optimization suggestions.
- Facilitate onboarding and exit processes, including physical examination arrangements.
- Manage document scanning and archiving.
- Translate relevant documents.
- Coordinate intern team management across departments, including attendance management.
- Assist in organizing and implementing HR team projects or activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- University student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in human resources or administration management.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a passion for human resources and administration is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university program, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.
