Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate organizational needs into effective job profiles.
  • Drive talent management activities such as recruitment, succession planning, and retention.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate progress tracking and reporting.
  • Manage the hiring and onboarding process in collaboration with managers, IT, and payroll specialists.
  • Ensure Workday data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support HR processes across LINDBERG and Kering Eyewear.
  • Implement HR policies aligned with local and EU regulations.
  • Facilitate organizational development, restructuring, and change management.
  • Promote psychological safety and well-being.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and development plans.
  • Provide guidance on Danish employment law and collective agreements.
  • Support managers on HR processes and policies.
  • Handle additional HR-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR, business, psychology, law, or related field.
  • Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of Danish labor market regulations and employment law.
  • Experience working with unions and employee representatives.

Skills

Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Structured approach to multitasking and project management. Fluent in English and Danish.

Experience

Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role with a focus on Danish labor market regulations.

Education

Degree in HR, business, psychology, law, or related field.
