Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review employment-related contracts, including work contracts, individual contractual changes, and management of work hours and location changes.
  • Contribute to the management of processes and regulatory obligations related to the initiation, management, and termination of employment relationships, supporting the Group's Shared Service Center and HR Business Partners.
  • Manage attendance and absences using the Zucchetti management system.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reports to support personnel management and corporate compliance.
  • Provide continuous support in communication and management of employee relations, focusing on administrative and contractual matters.
  • Manage contract expiration schedules, including contracts, probation periods, internships, and temporary employment.
  • Handle administrative personnel matters such as parental leave, illness, and injuries.
  • Support the management of international mobility.
  • Ensure orderly and timely updates of the personnel administration archive.
  • Stay updated on labor law and administrative topics to benefit the HR function.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Legal or Economic disciplines
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Good knowledge of the Zucchetti attendance management tool
  • Understanding of Labor Law
  • Proficiency in English

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is required.
