Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review employment contracts, including those related to employment, temporary staffing, and internships.
  • Support the management of employment processes and regulatory obligations, in collaboration with the Group's Shared Service Center and HR Business Partners, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations.
  • Manage attendance and absences using the Zucchetti software.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reports to support personnel management and corporate compliance.
  • Provide continuous support in communication and management of employee relations, focusing on administrative and contractual topics.
  • Manage contract deadlines, probation periods, internships, and temporary staffing arrangements.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to personnel, such as parental leave, illnesses, and accidents.
  • Support international mobility management.
  • Ensure orderly and timely updates of personnel administration archives.
  • Stay informed on labor law and administrative topics to support the HR function.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Legal or Economic disciplines
  • Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar role within a corporate environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Proficiency in the Zucchetti attendance management tool
  • Understanding of Labor Law
  • Proficiency in English
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong team-working skills and interpersonal relationship management

Experience
