HR Admin Specialist

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and review employment contracts, including those for temporary and internship positions.
- Support the activation, management, and termination of employment relationships in compliance with CCNL Occhialeria and Dirigenti Industria regulations.
- Manage attendance and absences using the Zucchetti software.
- Develop monthly and quarterly reports to support personnel management and company compliance.
- Provide continuous support in communication and management of employee relations, focusing on administrative and contractual matters.
- Manage contract deadlines, probation periods, internships, and temporary assignments.
- Handle administrative tasks related to parental leave, illnesses, and injuries.
- Support international mobility management.
- Ensure orderly and timely updating of personnel administration records.
- Stay updated on labor law and administrative topics to support the HR function.
Qualifications
- Degree in Legal or Economic disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with the Zucchetti attendance management tool.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage interpersonal relationships proactively.
