Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review employment contracts, including those for temporary and internship positions.
  • Support the activation, management, and termination of employment relationships in compliance with CCNL Occhialeria and Dirigenti Industria regulations.
  • Manage attendance and absences using the Zucchetti software.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reports to support personnel management and company compliance.
  • Provide continuous support in communication and management of employee relations, focusing on administrative and contractual matters.
  • Manage contract deadlines, probation periods, internships, and temporary assignments.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to parental leave, illnesses, and injuries.
  • Support international mobility management.
  • Ensure orderly and timely updating of personnel administration records.
  • Stay updated on labor law and administrative topics to support the HR function.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Legal or Economic disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with the Zucchetti attendance management tool.
  • Knowledge of labor law.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage interpersonal relationships proactively.
