Role & Responsibilities

  • Post incoming invoices, bank statements, and journal entries.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain a comprehensive and accurate general ledger in accordance with fiscal accounting principles and internal guidelines.
  • Participate in monthly and annual preparations related to closings as per a predefined calendar.
  • Calculate and prepare monthly VAT and Intrastat forms.
  • Communicate with external accounting services, tax offices, and banks.
  • Collect and analyze financial information to prepare financial and accounting reports for management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for finance and sales departments.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company.
  • Calculate and book employee travel expenses.
  • Monitor legal regulations in the field of accounting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

Basic accounting knowledge. Basic Excel and computer skills, including V-lookups and SumIF. Experience with SAP and BPC is advantageous. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Highly organized and reliable. Team player with a positive attitude. Eager to learn and dedicated.

Experience

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
