Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Purchase Order (PO) reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Input and reconcile tax-related postings in SAP.
- Verify monthly VAT invoices with the local tax bureau.
- Organize contract and accounting documentation.
- Track payments in collaboration with the APAC Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC).
- Support the annual audit process.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and oral; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Background in finance, fashion, or commercial studies is preferred.

No prior experience required, but knowledge in finance, fashion, or commercial fields is preferred.
