Role & Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via phone or email to establish payment schedules for outstanding debts.
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Execute automated Account Receivables dunning activities.
  • Maintain and update Credit Master Data.
  • Assist with accounts payable activities.
  • Support daily general accounting operations in SAP.
  • Contribute to ERP system enhancements and process updates.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, company secretarial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain records to meet auditor and government agency standards.
  • Complete specific assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in accounting.
  • Preference for candidates with ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualifications.

Skills

Experience with SAP is desirable. Proficiency in Excel. Native Spanish speaker with excellent English communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Experience

No specific experience required, but familiarity with SAP and financial operations is advantageous.

Education

University degree, preferably in accounting.
