Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone or email to establish payment schedules for outstanding debts.
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Execute automated Account Receivables dunning processes.
  • Maintain and update Credit Master Data.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable activities.
  • Contribute to general accounting operations using SAP.
  • Support ERP system enhancements and process updates.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, company secretarial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain records to meet auditor and government agency standards.
  • Undertake specific assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • University degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Preference for candidates with ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualifications.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP is desirable. Advanced Excel skills. Fluency in Spanish and excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal skills. Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Experience

No prior experience required, although familiarity with SAP and accounting practices is advantageous.

Education

University degree in accounting or related field preferred.
