Role & Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via phone or email to establish payment schedules for outstanding debts.
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Execute automated account receivables dunning activities.
  • Maintain and update Credit Master Data.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable activities.
  • Support general accounting operations using SAP.
  • Contribute to ERP system enhancements and process updates.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, company secretarial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain records to meet auditor and government agency standards.
  • Undertake specific assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in accounting.
  • Preference for candidates with ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualifications.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP is desirable. Advanced Excel skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal skills. Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Experience

Relevant experience in finance or accounting, particularly in a luxury or high-end retail environment, is advantageous.

Education

University degree in accounting or related field.
